Jennifer M. Paine brings almost 30 years of diverse experience in global executive roles within the health care industry to her role as Chief Quality Officer at Johnson & Johnson. She has end-to-end responsibility for the Quality & Compliance (Q&C) organization, overseeing collaborating with regulators, health authorities, and key stakeholders to expedite the delivery of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine and MedTech’s pipelines, enhancing patient care on a global scale.
Previously, she served as Head of Global Regulatory Affairs at Johnson & Johnson MedTech and held the position of Chief Quality and Regulatory Officer at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics (Ortho). She was instrumental in developing worldwide quality systems, regulatory affairs, and compliance strategies. Additionally, as Ortho’s Chief Product Portfolio Officer, she focused on product portfolio strategy while overseeing R&D and global strategic marketing.
Paine is an active advocate for women in healthcare, having served as Vice President and then President of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) Central New Jersey Chapter Board. A member of Women Business Leaders and Women50, she is recognized as a Regulatory Fellow by the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society (RAPS) and contributes her expertise as a member of the RAPS Board of Directors.
