Donna Haire is an accomplished Board Director, Chief Operating Officer of FluoGuide A/S, and Chief Executive Officer of The Eriah Group, Inc., a global consulting firm specializing in turnkey R&D operations across regulatory, quality, clinical, and medical affairs for drugs, biologics, medical devices, in vitro diagnostics, and combination products. With more than 30 years of global leadership experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices, she has a proven track record of designing, developing, and successfully commercializing innovative products.
Donna currently serves on the boards of BioPorto A/S and Sedana Medical AB and is a former board member of FluoGuide A/S. Her previous executive roles include Executive Vice President of Regulatory and Quality at On Target Laboratories, Vice President and Head of Medical Care Global Regulatory Affairs at Bayer, and Senior Vice President of Regulatory, Quality, Clinical, and Medical Affairs at AngioDynamics. She has also held senior leadership positions at Philips Healthcare, Medtronic, and STERIS, and began her career as a scientist at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
She was appointed as a U.S. regulatory expert for international trade negotiations, served on AdvaMed’s Technical and Regulatory Board Committee, and was an Adjunct Professor at the University of Akron School of Law. Throughout her career, Donna has been deeply committed to mentoring and developing the next generation of industry leaders. A sought-after keynote speaker and panelist at global events, Donna holds a Master of Science in Biology from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Akron.
